Applicants will generally be expected to have a degree in any discipline but applicants with a teaching diploma may be considered for admission if they have at least four years of teaching experience.

Applicants will also need to be practicing teachers, or at least have access to teachers and classrooms, to be able to complete assessments. As some of the computer based study materials and the MOS exams will only run on a PC, teachers who only have access to MAC computers will not be able to complete the course.
